We plan and run 3 to 5 day retreats for brands across Asia and beyond. Flights, hotels, ground logistics, headliner creators and a production crew on site. You come home with sales already banked, a full library of content, and customers who talk about you because they were actually there.
Brands we have run retreats and campaigns with
Shoppers who spent $188 on Holistic Way supplements at the Every Body Knows Fair at Takashimaya entered a draw for a 4D3N Bali retreat worth $2,799. Three days of activation. One clear spend trigger. The prize then went on to produce a full content set for the brand.
Case study run with Holistic Way, Singapore.
Customers spend to qualify, one wins a FLYCO retreat, and the retail lift covers the trip. Sheng Siong has run spend and win for years to lift basket size, because a high perceived value prize pushes shoppers past their usual threshold. A retreat is the strongest prize you can put in front of them.
Alone, creators film in bedrooms between other jobs, with no direction. Put the same people on a retreat with a production crew, a shot list built around your product and five backdrops in four days, and the output changes completely. You are not paying for better creators. You are paying for the conditions.
Bedrooms, desks and repeated formats. Audiences have seen it, and so has the algorithm.
Fresh locations, varied activities and a crew filming throughout. Delivered production ready.
Five signature backdrops in four days, a shot list built around your product, and a content library you can put behind paid spend.
Meta rewards variety, and punishes repetition.
One creator in one room means creative fatigue, rising cost per result, and a campaign that stalls two weeks in.
Every leg of the retreat is a different setting and a different angle, so your media buyer always has fresh creative to rotate. One production window instead of six separate shoots. One retreat, and a library that feeds paid, organic and retail for months.
Departure energy, packing reveals, travel routine product moments.
Room tours, morning routines, unboxing and welcome kit reactions.
City backdrops, walk and talks, lifestyle b roll at scale.
Group moments, casual testimonials, natural product placement.
Branded experiences, movement, hero footage for your highlight film.
You approve a day by day plan that names the setting, the creator, the brand message and the product moment. It covers how your logo, your colours and your tone of voice show up on camera, so the retreat looks like your brand and not like a holiday someone happened to film.

Flags on the sand, your product in the studio, merchandise in the welcome kit, your logo on the court. A voucher disappears at the check in counter. A retreat you own keeps working for the whole trip and everything filmed on it.
Same budget. One disappears at checkout. The other keeps selling.

Wellness, sleep, finance, lifestyle and sport. Each one built around a different objective and a different audience.
We are marketers who run the trip, not a travel company that added marketing.
Our founding team built X10 Media, a regional influencer marketing agency with a network of 3,000 creators and a client list past 1,000 brands, acquired by The Smart Local Media Group in 2024. Years of running campaigns for that many brands teaches you exactly which creator, which format and which message actually moves product. FLYCO points that same judgement at retreats.
Brand, marketing and finance each sign off for different reasons. Below is how a discount led promotion and a FLYCO retreat compare on all three sets of criteria, line by line.
| The comparison | Same budget The conventional play Vouchers, discounts and a paid media burst. | Same budget The FLYCO retreat One owned campaign that keeps producing. |
|---|---|---|
| For the brand team | ||
| Where your logo actually lives | On a gift card, redeemed at someone else's checkout, then thrown away. | On the welcome kit, the flags, the court, the studio and every frame filmed across four days. |
| What the customer feels | They saved money. The feeling fades by the next promotion. | They were chosen and flown somewhere by your brand. People tell that story for years. |
| What it does to your pricing | Discounting teaches the market to wait for the next offer before buying. | A retreat is a reward for spending more, so the ticket goes up and full price holds. |
| How easily a rival copies it | A competitor can match your discount by Friday, then beat it. | A named retreat, an owned format and licensed footage nobody else has. |
| For the marketing team | ||
| What you own the Monday after | A redemption report and a folder of stock lifestyle images. | A brand highlight film, 6 cutdowns and 3 UGC testimonials, delivered production ready. |
| Creative rotation for paid spend | One key visual. Fatigue and rising cost per result within two weeks. | Five backdrops in four days, so your media buyer always has fresh creative to rotate. |
| How the creator content reads | Paid posts filmed at home between other jobs. The disclosure caps the trust. | Creators living with the product for four days against a shot list built for your category. |
| What happens after the campaign | It stops the day the voucher window closes. Reach ends when spend ends. | Guests and creators keep posting for months. Earned reach continues after the invoice is closed. |
| For the finance team | ||
| Where the cost lands | Straight off gross margin, on every discounted unit sold. | One marketing line item. Customers spend more to qualify instead of paying less to buy. |
| Budget certainty | Open liability. Redemption above forecast blows the line item. | A fixed quote from SGD 20,000, scoped and capped before any deposit is paid. |
| Suppliers and accountability | Agency, production house, media buyer and fulfilment. Four invoices, four points of blame. | One licensed operator, one invoice. Travel Licence No. TA03759 covers flights, hotels and ground logistics. |
| Evidence you can take to the board | A redemption rate, which only tells you who wanted the discount. | Holistic Way: 170+ tracked purchases, $32,000+ retail revenue, 11x return in a three day window. |
| The bottom line | The budget is spent, and there is nothing left to show for it. | The same budget buys a brand asset that keeps selling long after the trip ends.Get A Scoped Proposal |

Eight to ten weeks is comfortable for an Asia retreat and gives us room to secure the right creators and rates. We have turned trips around faster, but flight and hotel costs rise sharply inside six weeks and creator availability narrows.
No. We source, negotiate and manage the creators, and you approve the shortlist before anything is confirmed. If you already work with talent you like, we bring them into the trip instead.
You receive usage rights for one month on the Asia packages and three months on the international package. Extended or perpetual rights can be quoted upfront. Creator posts stay on creator accounts under the terms agreed in their contract.
Usually through the spend and win mechanic, which is what makes the campaign pay for itself. It can also run as a loyalty reward, a top customer invite or a competition on your own channels. We design the mechanic with you.
Say so in the form. We run local influencer campaigns and content production without the travel component, and those start well below the retreat packages. We would rather scope something that works than push you into a trip.
Yes. Some brands use the same structure for a staff or partner retreat with content production attached. The logistics and crew are identical, only the mechanic changes.
